Muy buen video altamente recomendsble
A very good tutorial that will improve your armlocks game. The Fujiwara in particular is a game changer.
fun take on old school armlocks for modern bjj.
very good some brutal armlocks with simple setups
Josh is just as good at teaching as he is at fighting. You can tell he's passionate about sharing the information.
Josh knows his sh*t. This guys seen it all for decades. He's trained multiple disciplines. He conveys all the information so well.
Barnett has a great skillset and ability to teach some of the nicest details in all of grappling.
A very nice job Barnett on arm locks, catch wrestling style. Highly recommended!
I bought this download this year, along with others from Josh, and I am still amazed at the amount of knowledge Josh has. His technical details and instruction are fantastic. After reviewing his material, my technique has vastly improved. A great buy, even if you are not a catch wrestler.
I love how Josh breaks down the techniques, discussing those fine details that make the application of the technique all the more effective. Highly recommend this download. Such great material.
great stuff (same as always from Barnett) tons of awesome techniques to add to my game lots of which are surprisingly simple and easy to pull off.
unbelievably good.
I love this series on arm bars from Josh. There are so many variations and different ways to apply these locks. Some of them I was familiar with already. There were some new ones that I loved that I will be incorporating. The instruction and attention to detail is fantastic. Highly recommend this download!
Fantastic instruction from JB on three killer armlocks. I'll be adding lots of straight and fujiwara armlocks to my game!
Josh shows some techniques that you might have seen before, but haven't been able to hit. He starts by showing how to actually make them work and the little details that you haven't seen before. After that he goes over entries and variations. Just a great overall instructional on a topic that isn't often covered.
Barnett is an absolute master of taking "fundamental" moves, elevating them, and giving you the details and concepts required to introduce them into your game regardless of what level you're at. For some reason, arm locks as widely taught and practiced in BJJ never clicked with my neanderthal brain the way they should have. I have a long way to go before developing true competency, but Josh's catch-as-catch-can approach turned me from "not an Americana guy" into someone who's been able to incorporate them into my arsenal.
As a white belt, the keylock => kimura => straight armlock sequence has been the path to most of my successful submissions, and since I favor wrestling it is great for me to have a good submission system from side control. This video added several unique submissions to my system and explained and showed set ups for many of existing subs. I highly reccojmend it for anyone who favors a wrestling heavy approach to submission grappling.
Josh is a great instructor, and breaks everything down to even the smallest details
Ok, the instructional is great, top notch techniques never seen elsewhere. I love josh’s humor and teaching style (everything is perfect). But… please, do something for the poor chris. He’s part of the Barnett’s videos value, preserve his joints!
Josh is a great instructor. I've bought nearly every instructional he has created and they're all well worth the money!
awesome videos
Great catch wrestling arm lock instruction that you won't find from most BJJ schools. Highly recommended!
