  I've learned a lot of different ways to catch a toe hold, the concept is the same but it's great to see Josh showing how to find and get them from different positions

• I see toe holds

  I enjoyed this video and have had moderate success with toe holds thus far on my journey. Some friends are more susceptible to these holds than others, and some people just don't like you touching their feet. Good video on the mechanics and where you can find them. Josh mentioned Craig jones a few times in the video so I looked up a sparring match between them and you can see Josh trying to crank a few toe holds on ol' Craig to no avail. This doesn't mean toe holds don't work, only that Craig Jones is made of rubber.
