A couple of day one submissions all of us are learning from day one, namely the triangle and kimura from closed guard, have i never seen anyone do like mr akins show in this video. He is a Rickson Gracie black belt. I can tell y’all, from being a member on Ricksons own website as well as what anyone can see in the few Rickson Gracie sparring videos available on YouTube, Henry does the techniques just like Rickson does it. Truly a must have! For anyone looking to polish their basics.
