I've watched a lot of content of Henry's through the 25 years that I've been training bjj. He has always been very clear in explaining the small details that make the biggest differences in understanding how to use the body to maximize pressure and connection, as well as small movements to negate what the opponent can do. I always enjoy seeing what he has to share.
Very good information on a something that will highly elevate your BJJ game.
Some of the simplest adjustments for maximum benefit. Incredibly useful!
There are many excellent instructionals on BJJ Fanatics but this one has extra importance as part of the glue that holds everything else together. Highly recommended.

Akins takes his time spreading and laying out this concept.
As a purple belt, this type of instructional is exactly what I feel like I need. I know a lot of techniques, but the concepts from this video really fill in those invisible gaps.
2 words... Game changing

Great explanations and demonstration of content.
Great details on weight distribution to control and tire your opponent out. Also very good information on submissions from pressure positions if they don't tap to pressure.
This video gave me a new perspective and added great details to my game
Love all the details that Henry teaches. It’s the little things that are helping me roll better.
Excellent information that can be applied quickly to your game!
Great explanation of weight distribution highly recommended!!!
Solid fundamentals that everyone should understand and adopt.
Perfect for older, bigger grapplers
Great course from high level coach Henry Akins
Really helped learning a concept and not a set of moves
This instructional can seriously increase your capabilities. I just wish he had waited until his cold cleared up to film it since about half the run time is long pauses for (into the mic) sniffling and mouth breathing. So the info is worth the high price, but I feel disrespected as a consumer to pay that much for such an avoidable presentation problem.
This is a game changing series. I am a white belt that's been training a few months and this is stuff they don't discuss in class but makes a massive difference, especially if you are older or cardio isn't as great as your oppoinent
If your a blue belt and don’t know how to pin someone this will help a lot on understanding were to put your weight and how to keep someone down definitely would recommend this
