Akins' concept courses do a good job of conveying the idea.
Advance concepts
This is being lost on modern JJ because it's not flashy, and it's a process to learn how to adjust and shift your weight correctly. Compared to flashy berinbolos, it's not that fun; but if you've ever felt Henry's pressure, or watched him make BBs feel like white belts, you know this is where magic happens. This is a great overview with clear and concise info from Henry on this critical JJ skill. Def recommend.

Awesome!!!
Everything Henry Akins puts out is absolute gold. This is no exception. Henry is great at explaining Rickson Gracie's philosophy about what BJJ is at its core - weight distribution and angles. Henry is a top-tier instructor and these fundamental concepts are a must watch regardless of your belt level.
professor Akins never disappoints...a must have
I am watching again as I understand the importance of this technique better
Great content, it will have you glued to the screen
Awesone, especial if over 40!
Henry does a great job of explaining the value of a good weight distribution. He is the only man on this planet that is single-handedly spreading Rickson's knowledge.
No words.

Weight Distribution
All courses by Professor Henry Akins are with a great content, so no review is actually needed! The weight distribution concept is delivered clearly, applied to different positions. It helped me a lot, to understand that I was doing everything wrong! Thanks for this course!
I am only halfway through and have learned so many game changing concepts. Very clear explanations and very well worth the investment. I highly recommend this instructional.
Every course by Professor Henry Akins is a master piece so there is no need for a review, but still I will give one. This course shows concepts that no one gives attention to, but should be metioned on a daily basis. In the caourse there are some things that everybody should be baying attention when thinking how to be efficient with the weight distribution. It helped me a lot, even on the first time I applied it!
I do better with understanding concepts as opposed to do Step 1 2 3 4 etc. This instructional has been excellent in that regard. The explanations on how to apply the knowledge discussed is easy to understand allowing me to go and try to implement it on the mats immediately. Regardless of size of athletic abilities the ability to be more efficient and drain your opponent is gold to learn.
Wanna boost your game? This is basically what is BJJ all about! Take this class early and you will significantly improve your game!
