A great product, which covers the cradle in a systematic manner in which Neil first demonstrates the cradle, followed by a plethora of potential techniques depending on how the opponent reacts. All in all a great product and well worth the money

As a former wrestler, I'm always looking for techniques that transfer over so I can tap into the thousands of reps already practiced. Like former wrestlers don't protect their necks when they start BJJ, BJJ guys don't protect against the cradle in nogi open guard, so the position is there often. Have fun having massive control! Great video!

This is a great set as it is broken down for anyone of any level to understand and integrate into their game. I've been a big fan of Neil's approach and coaching style and this does not disappoint. I've found a lot of aspects of this cradle series tie in very nicely to arm triangles and Neil has you covered on that. thankful for this open minded approach to staying filthy

I loved using cradle pins for wrestling, and there are cradle opportunities everywhere in BJJ. Coach Neil demonstrates in clear, simple, and effective ways how to translate the cradle position into submissions. As an aside, whatever they are paying Justin, the training partner for this video… they should pay him more. Watch the section on “The Butcher Shop” and you will know what I mean. 5 stars for Justin!

When I bunched up my buddy for the first time he said some things that were not so nice. Recommend watching a few pieces before going to train so the details are fresh in your brain

This is a great instructional to add a new set of techniques to your game. Since I've studied this particular course (white belt at that time), I've been able to control, win positions and even submit higher belts (even experimented purple and brown belts) just following the instructions and concepts of coach Neil Melanson. Also the video is very much enjoyable due to the sense of humour of coach Melanson, absolutely a gem. Fully recommended.

Absolutely wonderful! I have a few training partners at my gym that like to pull guard and especially like to use the knee shield, which I've had trouble passing. This has been a fantastic solution to that!

Excellent instructional, really enjoyed Neil's teaching style, very funny and entertaining as well. Given me plenty to think about towards using the cradle for passing control, subs, and back takes which I've been putting to use in sparring - even with very minimal drilling for the positions/subs. Only criticism (if I can call it that) It would have been nice to learn/hear Neil's thoughts on how to counter/escape the position. Thanks Neil!

Was tired of getting stuck trying to pass the guard of some of my training partners in conventional ways- so got this thinking it would provide some "outside the box" approaches for me. It doesn't disappoint. Perfect way to pass your training partner's guard at the same time as making them truly miserable- AND chain some nice finishes to it all. Win win!

Neil puts out awesome instructions, and this is no different. This cradle series is a great overview for anyone interested in incorporating cradles into their game, be it submission wrestling, BJJ, or MMA. This type of material is very rarely taught in pure BJJ schools, and it is important to understand. For a BJJer, even if they don’t use these techniques to attack, it’s import to know them for defense. Neil’s dark humor is also a plus!
