• Dirty Boxing

  It is especially great for grapplers looking to transition into mma and mma fighters. Particularly grapplers from a Greco or Judo background. A lot of this stuff may be infeasible though in traditional striking or against high level fighters who want to avoid inside fighting. As with all of Erik Paulson’s material, it is a time capsule from a bygone era and that has pros and cons to it. But all in all this is a very unique and useful instructional.

• Perfect for anybody transitioning from Boxyng time of May

  I grew up doing JKD in transition to Muay Thai. This DVD was great Eric Paulson never let you down. He shows E transition on how they float to the neck where they go with openings are created with openings can be created. If you’re somebody currently studying Boxing or Mma or Muay Thai this will be perfect for you to add to your system and you’ll see how suddenly your eyes are open like never before

  Erik Paulson’s Dirty Boxing volume is an real excellent resource for anyone looking to add practical, close-range striking and clinch skills to their game. The techniques are explained clearly and focus on concepts which can be applied immediately after drilling (no pun intended)

• Down and Dirty

  Erik Paulson is a walking encyclopedia martial knowledge. I learned a lot from this video and highly recommend it to people interested in learning unorthodox fighting outside of the ring.

• Not bad

  Not a brown belt in BJJ, but have been grappling for a while now, been striking for almost as long. Some of the movements and tactics are very effective, I only wished he would of demonstrated more from Southpaw.
