  I bought this series because it was done by Erik Paulson, who I follow because he shows techniques that I can pull off as a bigger dude. The detail is there for the attacks and all that is needed is to drill afterwards. All of the submissions that I have drilled and tried live have worked well.

  If you use these techniques you will be an immovable and dangerous object with tons of options from a position that sometimes just becomes transitional instead of complete in itself
