  Every time I apply one of these principles on the mat my game improves almost exponentially. He does an excellent job of making you think in terms of chains and having responses for failures that keep the submission flow going. There's a reason he's a legend.

• Clear, concise information you can use right out of the box!

  This is maybe the best instructional I have purchased from BJJ fanatics. And I have a bunch of programs, so that is saying a lot. It seems a lot of instructors love to hear themselves talk to the point where you get lost as to where to actually find the technique to practice. You have to wade through a lot for babble instead of getting to the point. This is NOT the case with Erik Paulson! You get just the right of instruction to understand all of the techniques common nothing more or nothing less. Simple explanations is how to perform all of the moves, and they work. Tricky, sneaky, outside of the box type stuff that will surprise your partners when you roll! This one comes with my highest recommendation.😊
