• Awesome Information

  Anything from Erik Paulson is great. I have been watching a lot of catch wrestling lately and had to pick this one up. I have not been disappointed. It has some great material and things that I will implement in my training.

• Paulson is a Mad Scientist!

  Anyone that read the line above and nodded, knows what I mean. This dude was around and absorbing from all the best minds in the early 90's. It's always good as a martial artist to look a little outside the daily purview, and in this case that's what you get. Where others may have come up short, Paulson does not (catch takedowns), and a lot of the ground work is interesting and will certainly give you ideas to expound upon. I believe Melanson has skipped takedowns due to injuries, so this is certainly something different, which to me is the whole idea. Recommended no doubt.
