Very helpful if you want to improve your leg attacks.
Thank you I loved it
For those less ******** than myself this may elevate your leg locking game to a world class level. For me this from the ground up style instructional gave me a great foundation for leglocks that I continue to contradict to this day. When I do properly apply the techniques shown in this instructional they are very successful. If properly applied this can turn any grappler (barring major physical and intellectual disabilities) into e competent leglocker. Great instructional from a great instructor.
Love the way Craig Teaches. It’s clear and concise and easy to digest. Was able to absorb a lot of the techniques discussed and add them immediately to my game!
