I really enjoyed this.I feel like it gives a complete system but also a solid foundation to build on.
If you aren't looking to use leg attacks, you should still be familiar with the positions. It can help you gain a deeper understanding of legs and improve your defense, even if you don't care to use this offensively. Reverse engineering.
