  Craig Jones was on e of the first individuals I started following when it came to learning and implimenting the leg attack game. This tape really helped me to understand some of the mechanics and nuances involved in executing leg attacks, but at the same time he makes the instruction easy to understand and follw. Highly recommend this tape as part of your arsenal.
