I love the attention to detail! BJJ is not an exact science once you start to roll and Danaher gives you a well balanced look at what to do and the possible variances. Worth every penny.
very good material to learn.
I highly recommend this instructional to any and all those starting BJJ. Make your guard impassable!
exactly what needed.
This course is helping me understand several details to improve my game.

Amazing aproach!
A friend gave me this instructional as I was struggling to retain my guard. This helped improve my guard game
I had a terrible guard and even worse guard retention. I needed help badly to improve. I trusted with John and I can say my bottom game has improved exponentially due to this instructional. My coach has noticed my improvement and its due to the help from John. Thank you sir .
It has always been hard for me to remember specific techniques, especially during a roll. What has been helpful for me is the principles that's are explained so thoroughly. Rolls are constantly filled with slightly new positions but the principles are easy to recall and apply even i unfamiliar situations or under pressure. Highly recommend!
Breaks down into simple components the aspects and steps in guard retention.
The concepts are easy to understand and the why is explained so well. The detail is easy to follow and i really like this series a lot and will certainly purchase more. I have a 13 yr old who has been doing it for 6 plus years and is in adult classes and he really like the videos and is applying the lessons as well. Bottom line is that to do better you need to take ownership of your lessons and this allow me to do that
exceptional like all Prof Danaher videos
This instructional is the best for the first 6 months of jiu jitsu to understand and negate what is coming at you.
One of the best instructionals for white belts IMO to survive those first month.
Good info
Succinct, clear, detailed explanations of foundational concepts and basic techniques of guard retention, helped me see some of the mistakes I was making. The movements and solo drills have helped a lot.
