  As with all of professor Danaher's videos, the information is presented in an easy to understand format, a ton of techniques and more importantly principles that go far beyond the techniques presented. I love the cerebral approach to training and learning. John Danaher is what he is portrayed to be the best jiu-jitsu instructor in the world. Get any of his instructional you won't be disappointed.
