Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:A Fantastic Course
The Lockdown Blueprint by Tom DeBlass
This is probably the BJJ fanatics course I have gotten the most out of. I considered myself pretty well versed in the lockdown and use it frequently as a 43 year old guy against younger more athletic guys to slow down the pace. I had a good electric chair and dogfight with a couple other subs and options I would use. But this course really opened my eyes to a lot of things I was not doing that elevated my game a lot. It gave me some new understandings of the positional control as well as some nice new options that I've had a lot of success with.
