Joel’s instruction is both very detailed and clearly explained, changing viewing angles on the spot when a key detail needs to be shown. He gets right to the point while being entertaining. Every minute of the instructional needs to be watched in order to not miss something, no time is wasted. In my opinion, the versions of techniques that he shows are the most effective you’re going to find; every single submission shown requires almost no movement and very little effort to finish once set up correctly. Hard to argue with that! This is a fantastic instructional on side control attacks and I will be purchasing other instructionals Joel puts out.

I really enjoy this series. I find Octopus Guard works very well when my opponent hip switches in top half guard. Craig describes how to beat the cross face, build height, ext. It's a very well done product. Would highly recommend to anyone trying to level up their sweep game from bottom half.

Travis Stevens' coverage of Judo throws and takedowns for no gi is a wonderful learning tool. The fundamentals are covered in great depth more than just where to grip and where to step. It translates very easily into no gi and I've found my standup game was immediately improved. Great video.
