The Roger Gracie Closed Guard System by Roger Gracie
Roger's closed guard series has helped me a lot, there are still tons from it that I need to implement, but pulling the opponent down with a double handed grip on the collar and power from the legs, just timed as they go to stand up, I've been able to pull off almost right away. That's just one thing, so there's a lot to learn here, but the instructional videos aren't overly long either so very easy to go back and review.

The Front Headlock System by John Danaher
I've had this video for years, and I keep coming back to it. It's great how it taught me things that helped me get started, but yet it has fine details that can keep helping you as you advance in your career. The high wrist and centerline shift concepts are ones that I consider foundational.

Great addition to his rdlr material. Modern with a strong focus on leg attacks.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Berimbolos For Everyone
Berimbolos for Everyone by Samuel Braga
Theres not much more one can say about the GOAT Samuel Braga. Simple ideas like Knees to chest, flaring opponent's elbows, the grip set ups combined with patience in letting them come to you (chess not checkers), legs doing most of the work - Samuel makes these concepts come alive in a way that has drastically improved my game and understanding of how the berimbolo is set up and executed. This series is a must have by one of the game's true geniuses.

Killer Counter Attacks by Jake Mackenzie
If you are a half guard player, this instructional is a must have. Jake shows you how to escape directly to deep half which opens up a lot of options for you or he goes directly to his counter attacks. Hes instructional is very technical and straightforward at the same time without missing critical details. That's why I highly recommend it

Dominant Positions, Brutal Submissions by Joel Bane
Coach Bane takes the time to educate you on each step in the catch wrestling :wrestlers::male_sign: techniques. As you drill the techniques in repetition, your muscle memory and connection retains the movements. This is a great investment you can use to supplement your self defense training and build your confidence in tournaments.

Off With Their Head: The Arm Triangle by Neil Melanson
Great stuff from Neil. As always the little extras from this are worth the price of the instructional itself. I use the half guard pass in here + the cradle entry with good sucess. In terms of Arm triangles I've started finishing these regularly despite having skinny arms, if you struggle with one finish there are several sequences that follow the ensure you will get a tap or without compromising position !
