Kettlebell StrongFirst by Pavel Tsatsouline
The video quality and production value is excellent. The techniques are displayed in a digestible way which allow you to focus on quality of reps over quantity, and the programming is simple enough to follow for beginners to kettlebells.

MMA Takedown Mastery by Ben Askren
Askren cleared up so many things for me by being honest about the difference between takedowns in MMA vs wrestling. This gave me much more confidence at MMA practice knowing I did not have to be the superior wrestler and could rather see the takedowns as extensions of my strikes. .

Grappling For Gringos by Chris Thompson
Great instructional, what I enjoyed about it is that Chris introduces a diverse range of techniques across the instructional but it never feels like they're unconnected. I've already managed to use a selection of them in training to great effect. Thoroughly recommendTm

Winning With The Spider Guard by Kimberly Pruyssers
Professor Kim Pruyssers is quite the BJJ Competitor and teacher. With numerous medals including Gold at the recent Orlando Summer open.... I am very thrilled and excited to see that some of her teachings are now available for learning. This is very exciting..... I've always wanted to know some of the moves that have made her such a fierce competitor and now I can have a few of those moves for myself.

Grappling For Gringos by Chris Thompson
A great and rare combination of both elements of bjj and catch wrestling blended together into high percentage techniques that will "catch" your training partners and opponents of guard and improve your game leaps and bounds

Filthy Grappling Takedowns by Neil Melanson
I have been waiting for a takedown series from Neil for a long time and this video did not disappoint. Straight from the get go this is packed with gems and adds a twist to the takedown game that is just so difficult to find anywhere else. This series is a very good mix of strong fundamental wrestling moves along with Neil's unique approach to grappling. I have watched a lot of takedown instructionals and this is by far the most unique series I have come across, I definitely recommend this purchase!

Anti Jiu Jitsu by Kazushi Sakuraba
Every single technique Saku teaches is applicable to jiu jitsu. I was a 2 stripe white belt when I purchased this instructional a month ago. I have since gotten two more stripes! My kimura game has improved dramatically and I have an inventory of wily tricks up my sleeve. Most definitely recommend!

Buster Guard The Omoplata Funnel by Lou Armezzani
I loved this instructional. Very glad that it came to my attention. I have focused lately on improving my closed guard, and this instructional is just perfect. What I also loved about the instructional is how well thought out it was put together and the high quality of Prof. Armezzani's instructions and details. Thank you, Professor. It will help my game tremendously.

Grappling For Gringos by Chris Thompson
I have bought a few different instructionals in the past but this is by far the best! Chris provides so much value for money and teaches in such a way that's easy to understand and enables you to quickly start implenting the techniques into your game.

Junny's Passing The Guard: Outside/Inside Passing, Knee Shield, Chain Passing by Junny Ocasio
Junny has been on fire lately, releasing cutting edge instructional content that is detailed, and extremely comprehensive. I became aware of Junny by his presence in the competitive circuit (I’m only a spectator, he’s had fights against the big names). I’ve been asking him for a passing instructional for a while now! I’m glad he’s finally released it. Essentially, it’s a amazing source of knowledge that augments your entire comprehension. There are details that you can only pick up on a world class mat. Here you have a lifetime of experiences at your finger tips. I’m impressed with the content and I look forward to anything else from Junny.

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Great instructional
Junny does an excellent job of providing detailed yet concise instruction and its great approach to the leg lock game. He is a great instructor and he explains things very well. EVERYONE should purchase this instructional because it's some true NO B.S. High percentage stuff.

Fantastic instructional videos! His passion in infectious! Watching on 2x speed for an overview and then will do a second pass at 1x later.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:G roll is dope
I have added the G-roll to my game for years now and even taught it to my students who have hit the g-roll in competitions. Alex is a great instructor and he explains things so well. He makes sure he adds the details that really make the difference. Do yourself a favor and purchase this instructional and you won’t regret it #golevelupyourgame
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Has added a new dimension to my passing game
Even though leglocks aren't my primary game, this instructional was very interesting and informative at the same time. Junny does a great job of describing how classical passes such as leg drags, knee cuts, and double unders can be complemented with leg lock threats from the top. I used to think such entries were only available from the bottom. I also like Junnys straightforward language. And at the end of each set he demonstrates how to drill each sequence.

Leg Lock Obsession by Quentin Rosenzweig
love every bit of this.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:The missing link
Basics To Advanced: Open Guard Engagement by Aaron Benzrihem
This instructional addresses the missing link that rarely gets explicitly thought in guard play. It’s concise and to the point and I really like the simple formula and clear instruction. This will help a lot of people and made me reconsider my approach. I really wish there was a part that addressed specific grip fighting tactics in addition to overall grip engagement strategy.

Wrestling Up From Guard by Dante Leon
The best no gi sweep tutorial I have ever seen. It is not a lengthy by any means, but every technical detail is absolute gold. This will be a complement to any other tutorial you might acquire because you will already know the creme de la creme wrestle up options from the various guards covered. I feel particularly blessed living in Defiance living fairly close to Dante. I will certainly plan a trip to Toledo to train with him after having watched this.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Not that great.
The Winning Fundamentals Of MMA by Chael Sonnen

Best wrestling instructional
Shoot To Kill: Wrestle, Scramble, Submit by Garry Tonon
Simply awesome.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Amazing for basics of navigating no gi mount
The thing that I think this instructional does best is that its dedicated to no gi with no filler content. Top mount in the gi is different, you get more grip options . Where as in no gi there has to be some ability to make quick and fast moves. This instructional offers it in spades
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Good stuff
Tacfit: Grapplers Toolbox 101 by Alberto Crane
Looks like good stuff to keep the body healthy for grappling for the longer term. Will be trying these out once we can get back to training.

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:The unsung hero of instructionals
Pass Prevention by Firas Zahabi
If you want a no fluff, straight to the point instructional, then Firas is your man. I’ve invested in several of his instructionals and while they are short in run time, they are densely packed with super effective, high level techniques but not to the point of overwhelming you. Moreover, you don’t have to sit through an 8 volume series where you pay an arm and a leg and the majority of it is spent talking. I also enjoy his Madden style to break down the techniques which make its way easier to retain. Aside from guys like Neil and Lachlan, he is my other favorite online instructor.

Home Run Derby: Baseball Chokes From Everywhere by Magid Hage
I had Magid's old instructional on the baseball bat choke, but this one is on another level. Great detail and description of situations. It's one of my go to moves and this instructional just helped me continue to refine it.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:A nice overview of how our sport BJJ techs can be retrofitted to self defensive techs
Jiu-Jitsu Based Self Defense Solutions by Eli Knight
This is a great set where I can see Eli (who's videos on Youtube are always very well presented and taught) shows how regular sport BJJ techniques can be adapted for self defence scenarios - against an aggressor who doesn't care about 'rules' and is liable to punch, kick, bite, headbutt etc. The techniques he shows are fairly simple and easy to learn and adapt, a couple of them seem very different to the standard self defence techniques taught under the Gracie Jiu-Jitsu system. A couple of the also seem a bit more complicated than necessary. One big criticism I have is that Eli and his demonstration partner wear exactly the same clothing and that clothing is very dark - it makes some of the techniques hard to make out. Please wear opposing colours and make them lighter guys! Apart from that., a solid set of techniques that will compliment your regular BJJ sport training.

Strong 5 stars. Detailed , thorough and very clear instructions for escaping all the bad positions. Also recommends a primary escape strategy to learn and master first. Recommended.

The Blackout Hybrid Cradle System: Pressure Taps by David Petrone
This instructional adds the "nasty" to the previous two. The application of the techniques is spot. What I like most about this one is the use of limbs to apply additional pressure and the execution of submissions that can be used not just on the mat but out on the street to subdue opponents if needed. Thank you Coach David and Vincent for another masterpiece to add to the trilogy.

The Blackout Hybrid Cradle System: Pressure Taps by David Petrone
I have been using a lot of stuff from David's first cradle series (the no-gi one) at my BJJ gym, with great success. I find lots of opening for catching cradles when BJJ guys play guard, especially K guard etc. The cradle is a super powerful position, and leads to great submission openings or just to use crushing pressure. I have been frothing for this new series, and was not disappointed! Some of these submissions are just ridiculously brutal!!! I think I'll be losing a few friends at the gym, but that's a small price to pay for all the brutal taps I'll be getting! Thanks David and Vince, can't wait to see what you bring out next!

Sambo: The Top Game - A Blue Print For "Smeshing" by Khabib Nurmagomedov
Seems like not as much content as some other instructionals but when you watch his fights this is really pretty much all he did. Most of the title cards in part 1 are wrong but all the content is still good
