Excellent work!
General Introduction to Mirroring Principle by Wim Deputter
Wim Deputter released some revolutionary concept based work here. He has a unique approach to link structure/posture - function/movement - timing/mirroring in a grappling scenario. One of the main things is connection by meeting pressure with pressure so one can learn to work from defensive scenarios into offensive scenarios using the same movement patterns so defense and offense are not separate from each other ... like in wrestling. The movement pattern itself stems from early childhood development: How a baby starts the process of standing up by babybridgeing/arching and slowly works the way up to the knees and standing by a sequence that constantly allows stability and balance. i'm having a lot of fun applying the concepts in rolling and i'm really looking forward to what's coming next by Wim.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:One of the best half guard systems
The Coyote Half Guard by Lucas Leite
I like how Lucas shows a lot of variations from single position based on opponent's reaction (or just giving you more options). It's all ties up nicely, works on opponents all sizes and doesn't require a lot of strength or flexibility to pull off. I managed to sweep and eventually beat a lot of guys in my gym (higher ranks too) while having injury in my stomach's right side, and when I cannot beat my opponent, I'm at least able to survive longer and give a hard time passing my guard. If you're a relatively small guy or you just found out that sometimes you cannot match your opponent's raw power, you'll find these DVDs very helpful. Highly recommend! OSS!
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Good for noobs, great for experienced bjj-ers
General Introduction to Mirroring Principle by Wim Deputter
I'm a total bjj noob. I love the functional teaching style. Would recommend this if you're interested in a techn. that works even when I manage to do it. I feel there's even a lot of good information if you know what you agree doing, unlike me.

Pressure Passing and Top Game by Rafael Lovato
Lovato teaches a smash/pressure style passing that is very effective at neutralizing your opponent’s guard game. He’s also a great teacher that doesn’t leave out any details. Highly recommend picking up this instructional.

General Introduction to Mirroring Principle by Wim Deputter
Wims instructional to the 'Mirroring Principle and The Baby Bridge' helps me to develop a deeper understanding about the movements and mechanics in BJJ. He teaches in a unique way to always be connected to your opponent, that gives you the possibility to act/react accordingly to what your opponent is doing next. I much appreciate his didactical way of teaching BJJ. He shows you a principle that makes your BJJ way better. My conclusion: Highly recommended!

This is one of the most innovative concepts I ever trained on. It puts the traditional hip escape in question, and way more!
Absolute must-have techniques for bjj-kas, judokas and MMA fighters!
General Introduction to Mirroring Principle by Wim Deputter
I'm a bjj white belt, karate blue belt and judo brown belt. Although I am not unfamiliar with ground techniques (ne- waza), they ****** until I started using Wim Deputter's approach. This DVD will teach you Wim's philosophy in such a way that you will be able to roll with closed eyes, I kid you not! Applying Wim's techniques explained on this DVD will teach you to develop body awareness and perceptions you ignored they even existed. Wanna know to what extent babybridging and mirroring techniques can spare you energy and lead you to certain victory over your opponent, then my piece of advice is "don't try the technique, DO IT!" Of course, Rome wasn't built in one day, so the same goes for implementing the technique, you'll need to watch the DVD over and over again and at the same time apply every inch of the instructions step by step during each training. And before you know it, you' ll find yourself tremendously enriched with this out of the box thinking techniques.

This concept not only helped me get out of bad positions waaaay easier, it also keeps me out of those positions. The tiny tweaks in hip and shoulder movement made all the difference. Will focus a lot more on using this in my game. Recommend it fully!

Butterfly Guard Re-Discovered by Adam Wardzinski
It was cool, but the homie sets up all the moves on the opposite side of the camera so you cant really see the minor details. He does show it ONCE at the right angle but its really quick. Also, too much talking in some of these videos, show the move 3-4x and move on guys!!

Half Guard: BJJ Fundamentals - Go Further Faster by John Danaher
A collection of sequences to be used in bottom half-guard, each cleverly combining complementary techniques to create dilemmas for your opponent. Focus is on sweeping opponent and taking top position.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Worth the Money
Half Guard: BJJ Fundamentals - Go Further Faster by John Danaher
Seen an improvement in my jiu-jitsu. John's DVD's are no fluff. You learn one or two of the most practical techniques. And then get a super rich understanding. Rather that being bombarded by hundreds of moves that may not be high percentage or require a black belt understanding. Worth the extra cost!
great stuff

Guard Retention: BJJ Fundamentals - Go Further Faster by John Danaher
Fundamentals are essential, and between this DVD and the PIN ESCAPES DVD, John Danaher has improved my understanding and conceptual toolbelt of BJJ exponentially. As an older, basic b*tch white belt, I am truly grateful. This is a well thought out and presented instructional.
