This DVD has changed the way I approach taking the back, since I have watched it, I have seen several distinct instances where I was making key mistakes and allowing people to escape. During drills and live rolling, my attacks and control are exceptionally better. It is of course a Danaher video, it will always be great.

John Danaher is someone who took the concepts behind submissions and ran so deeply with them that he has created entire systems that will maximize your ability to submit others. This kimura system is no different. He will show you how to use it to advance your position and absolutely torment your opponents (or training partners). It's not money wasted, but be warned that he doesn't mind losing top position. If you're not big or strong then some of his decisions may be less than ideal until you master them, in my opinion.
