The Way of The Goose by Neil Melanson
Once again a video from Neil that I really enjoyed. The Way of The Goose is a great addition to his Headhunter series, with lots of fine details and little things that make a big difference. Neil is honestly one of the best grapplers I know, and every time he puts something out there are new techniques and concepts that are just spot on. What I love is that he doesn’t just show techniques, he explains the why behind them, the little shifts in position, the way to think through control and transitions. You can tell there’s real depth behind everything he teaches. If you liked Headhunter, this one gives you even more to work with. Definitely worth watching.

Master The Move: The American Lock by John Danaher
John Danaher’s Kimura Americana Lock series is an awesome instructional. I never really used Americanas before, but after watching this, I started hitting them all the time. He explains things in a simple, clear way that makes it easy to learn and use right away. Super helpful and definitely worth checking out if you want to level up your game. The details he shows really make a big difference, and the way he connects the Kimura and Americana together opened up new options for me. It’s easy to follow even if you’re not super advanced, and it gave me a lot more confidence.
