Anyone who follows Melanson's career knows he's a triangle fanatic. As an older grappler who's not a big closed guard player, this instructional gave me a plethora of options to attack the triangle from a slew of different positions.

This is a great instructional with tons of must-have concepts which are explained really well. The counterattacks are a bit leg-lock heavy though so might be a bit overwhelming for someone new. Still, overall an exceptional instructional from one of the best coaches out there.
