Audio quality is not great, but the techniques are
Lung Ride System
Lung Ride System by Liam Resnekov
Very interesting instructional. Not the usual, submission, position, escape, pass type of thing, rather it focuses on some simple methods to create miserable crushing pressure. Anyone can add this into their game... it works... but you will lose all your friends!
So far so good
The Collar and Sleeve System Part 1: Outside Control On The Knees by Mikey Musumeci
I have t watched all of the video yet but it’s going well. The instructional content is great with lots of detail, but the first section was very repetitive. A more concise explanation could improve it further and shorten it too. Other than that really good.

Master the Move - Americana
Master The Move: The American Lock by John Danaher
Been training BJJ a very long time. John's revisiting and refining of this very old technique is truly brilliant. This instructional is absolute gold.
Great Product

Beat Bigger Stronger Grapplers Blueprint by Matt Arroyo
Very good instructional! I plan to implement all of the lessons in this simple, easy to follow, effective gameplan for rolling with big people. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it is not as comprehensive and detailed as what I've come to expect from a BJJ instructional.
Master The Move: The American Lock
Master The Move: The American Lock by John Danaher
The master of systems. Another good one with all the details.
Mike
Half Guard: BJJ Fundamentals - Go Further Faster by John Danaher
Amazing sequence, great flow.
I love Miko's content.
No Gi Chokes From Everywhere by Miko Hytonen
Some instructionals have a guy sitting there, on his knees, talking forever. Miko's content is paced really well. Great detail, but I also don't get bored waiting for something to happen.
Effective and Unconventional Leg Attacks
Ground Marshal Leglocks by Neil Melanson
Coach Neil's approach to grappling is the absolute BEST, and his leg lock attacks are outside-the-box and filthy as all ****--rooted in his experience as a Hayastan grappler who also had an opportunity to study with catch wrestling great Billy Robinson and a slew of other masters. A vote for Neil is a vote for America! Don't be a ******--grab his leg attack instructional ASAP!
All You Need For a Top Game
Ageless Jiu Jitsu: Winning When You're Older or Less Athletic - Top Game No Gi by John Danaher

Comprehensive Heel Hook Defense Instructional

Even if you're not a leg-locker, heel hook defense is critical knowledge for the modern grappler--so why not learn from the best?
My Favorite X Guard/Single Leg X Instructional
Foundational Jiu Jitsu: The X Guards by Aaron Benzrihem
I first discovered Aaron's instructionals via his YouTube channel when I was working on refining ankle picks. Since then, I've grabbed his leg drag, high elbow guillotine, and butterfly 1/2 instructionals (which are all awesome), but this one is arguably my favorite. His teaching methods are second-to-none. Benzrihem builds off core concepts before delving into specific techniques, which I find really helps me retain and implement moves. While I've enjoyed playing both X guard and single leg X since my white belt days, Aaron once again manages to provide game-changing details to positions I *thought* I knew! I could not recommend his stuff more!
Great video
very useful
Flexibility Routine For Older Grapplers
Flexibility Routine For Older Grapplers by Steven Cotter
Basic, but informative and helpful for lower body. Holding the static stretches for several minutes is definitely not as easy as it looks. Plan on doing this a couple times per week
