The Headhunter Guillotine Series by Neil Melanson
This is a fantastic introduction to the front headlock and the arm in Guillotine choke. There are other topics covered here and many other cool chokes shown, but that is the main point of the video. This is great is you are looking for a system to add to your wrestle ups, counter wrestle ups, chain off of your takedowns, and many other things.
Building a Great Foundation
The Fastest Way: To Become an Effective Guard Passer (No Gi) by John Danaher
I love these foundational videos. Learning to get into the right positions has helped my game the most. I love learning a new attack but passing the guard and getting into position has made the attacks that I already know so much more effective.

Neil Never Fails to Provide Unique Insights
The Modified Guillotine by Neil Melanson
You're never gonna lose with a Melanson instructional, and this Modified Guillotine is no different. Neil goes in-depth into a lot of his signature chokes, like the handgun, the "twisted fister", and his own take on the high-elbow--great chokes for over-the-hill grapplers like myself who aren't as athletic, explosive, or agile as many of our younger training partners. The best thing about any Melanson instructional is you're always going to get greater takeaways than the techniques themselves--Neil constantly drops gems about tactics, strategy, and concepts that will help your entire game. He's the best. Buy all his ****.
