I feel these videos are amazing but you really need to pay attention. I have tried all these methods and I can say 60% are working for me on a daily basis. Mr. Danaher does a amazing job of explaining the why we do something. And once you understand the why you understand why it works.
What more can be said . You are getting high level teaching from the best in the game . Go to BJJFanatics and you will find instructional videos from the top players in the game . John Danaher , Gordon Ryan , etc etc . Also there is always a sale going on .
Pin escaping should be the focus for any white or blue belt and this is the most comprehensive, organized, and detailed instructional on the topic from the debatable GOAT of BJJ coaching
absolutely love this video series! I love John's style of explanation and his level of knowledge is incredible
Great instructional
Essential viewing for lower belts. Full of details that will help us survive and escape from inferior positions.
John Danaher explains things in such a precise and clear way that the concepts go right into your brain, he's just brilliant! Every pin escape is covered in this, including variations on each which apply to different circumstances, it's very thorough and comprehensive. His attention to detail is fantastic and as you try to implement what he teaches here in training, you realise quickly that what he's shown has stuck in your mind and works during live sparring. Highly recommended!!
Oustanding
After the Lockdown and during the time when we couldn't train i purchased most of the Further Faster Serie by John Danaher. Then i could learn and relearn the basics and the systematic approach oh John Danaher. It helped me a lot and improved my game . I have watched and rewatched this tutorial and each time i have learnt a new detail that made my escapes better.
Amazing as always
Game changer video. Every Danaher program worths his price. Great insights for beginners to advanced BJJ practicioners.
Outstanding details and technical points. This instructional is something you can return to again and again
I've always struggled with positional escapes but some minor details in this instructional were really helpful for me to make the leap on being able to have a decent chance of escaping
Absolutely brilliant. Injured at the moment so thought I’d try these to learn the fundamentals. Just cannot fault it. So much detail, so clear and easy to understand and the way each part builds on the previous sections makes it easy to remember.
Great
Great source of information, has helped me allot with my defence
I was having some trouble with my escape and turtle game. This has really helped me in training and competition.
very in depth explanations on how to escape all of the main positions in Gi. Very un-sexy topic but important.
Can’t go wrong with danaher
create content, great explanations
The elbow escape I learnt from this DVD has meant I can escape virtually anyone who puts me in mount. Most people I've sparred with don't know how to deal with it. Danaher is the true master of the sport.
Love to review the relevant sections aftrr classes to target things I am struggling with and get tips for the next sesh. Very comprehensive.
You can have the best techniques in the world, but if you don't understand the theory behind them you are simply left memorizing. Once you understand the physics of human movement, and can apply the theory behind the techniques, you can face any situation you face. Dahaher spends hours breaking down both the theory and physics behind escaping the worst position in Jiu Jitsu. If you can escape side control on a consistent basis, your entire game will open up. Great video series!
It's really handy to have a handful of escapes and strategies to go over and be able to review when you're struggling.
Excellent details on navigating your way up from the bottom. wish I had this as a beginner.
