This is a great resource for anyone looking to improve their BJJ game. The instructor's teaching style is clear and concise.
Always lookIng forward to Craig’s instructionals
great to learn how to adapt wrestling techniques I am familiar with to jiu jitsu
Good instructional with great techniques!
This video series is great! Craig is questioning the basis of pin positions in BJJ and provides a clear and easy way to understand other forms of ground pins that have proven to be more effective even though they don't award points for it in IBJJF rulesets. Looking forward to applying this and seeing how it affects my game.
Will change your approach to pins.
IF I could buy one instructional in my life, Id buy this one
really good instruction by jones. these concepts take a little bit to add to your game but are worth it
Very good pinning techniques! I have had successes in training rooms.
I was able to use much of the ideas and techniqe in my Training. And I like the way he explains :)
Concetti molto interessanti che ho trovato molto utili riguardo al controllo dell'avversario.
Bringing in some wrestling control ideas to work for BJJ in an easy to digest manner
Craig explains why grappling has evolved around tournaments, then teaches how to (power) ride a man. 11/10.
Game changer right here! The most common feedback I get from my training partners is "Couldn't/Can't do ****!" This instructional was easy to digest and I was able to apply a lot of the concepts in my rolls.
This instructional made me re-think how to approach pinning opponents and I've had great success implementing the concepts and techniques Craig demonstrated.
No longer will I be a bottom. Im firmly dominating on top now.
This instructional is good to have control of a opponent.
game changer
This mindset definitely fixes a lot of the shortcomings of BJJ. Must have instructional for anyone interested in grappling beyond a point system.
I used to think side control was good control but people always used to wriggle out. Now I simply shelf the legs and gaze down mercilessly upon my opponent as they flop around and unwittingly give me a khabib grip. Great material. Succinctly delivered. Doesn’t go overboard with technical details and instead asks you to find your own way
I agree with Craig Jones. The old style ways of pinning and passing have evolved in the sport. Competitition style gyms should focus on more effective control techniques vs sport, point format.
you heard me
This instructional has helped me a lot with controlling the hips and below in order to control opponents
This was a total game changer for me. It gave me a new percepective and I promise my training partners have suffered after watching this. The upper body grips that I learned here are absolutely fantastic
This is one of my favorite dvd’s. Opened my eyes to a totally different perspective way to go about grappling. Thank you to Mr.Jones.
