Absolute game changer for me and my top game.
The concepts were very helpful, and I'm looking forward to applying some of them in future projects. Good video and audio quality, easily understandable content – highly recommended!
Enjoyed learning a new approach to pinning
Excellent. Incredibly effective pinning positions! Craig Jones is funny as always, but very insightful, and does a great job of teaching concepts/theory, rather than just showing moves. Craig's instructional will make you rethink certain traditional BJJ positions, such as side control. This instructional is awesome.
Very good
This is such a good instructional. It has completely changed the way I view rolling. Anyone who wants to get better at pins would benefit. Craig is really creative and shows things that I’ve never thought to do or seen.
Nice
paradigm shifting content to crush ops
Great as always
Training for mma purposes, this is one of the best instructionals out there.
unlock this and you’re in full control, added bonus of fatiguing your opponent Try it, you won’t be disappointed! Just don’t be on the receiving end because it sucks
Don’t feel sorry for the guy on the bottom, get this dialectical mindset/method in your arsenal, this is what it’s all about
Changed the way I looked at control and even helped me understand what my son was learning at wrestling.
An absolute masterclass on controls. I really appreciated the non traditional concepts. These concepts are a perfect addition to traditional BJJ techniques.
A very smart, comprehensive system to control your opponent
Awesome !
A different way of doing things... might not be the best for getting points in IBJJF rulesets, but will make you better at controlling the human body
Great course tbh
Prioritizing control over just scoring has improved my game by a dozen miles. Control ultimately leads to submissions, and scoring positions “if and when” needed
Excellent instructional that will expose you to a new framework of grappling on the mats. This initially will seem contrary to how you were taught jiu jitsu but as an older grappler who has lost his fastball, I believe it will extend my enjoyment on the mats in a favorable, competitive way.
A novel approach to pinning, useful for Gi too
Craig teaches you to lock opponents down on the legs, using wrestling-inspired rides and control to crush escapes and open up submissions.
Amazing
Exhaust bottom player with making them carry you
Great ways to wear out bottom player
