It’s useful for changing your perspective of what your goals are when grappling. Helps you think of the grey areas that aren’t generally talked about.
One of the best videos on top control
Easy philosophy to grasp, and a different game to perform.
very good for modern grappling
CG changed my game. It is instant better
So much detail here for improving top game
One of the best sellers did not disappoint. Gave me a new way to approach control and created a new dynamic within my rolls that training partners have a difficult time dealing with.
This series takes a lot of things I’m familiar with from Folkstyle Wrestling and helps me apply them in a BJJ context. I was able to apply some of the ideas immediately. I would’ve like to see more specific examples of entries into this system. The conceptual focus of the videos is probably more useful for more experienced grapplers than me, but if I keep working I’ll be able to connect the dots.
torture manual ever
innovative aproach when dealing with control in jiu jitsu
This is an innovative aproach to the pinning system in jiu jitsu, worth it
This is one of the very best instructionals I’ve studied so far.
Love it
Excellent
If you want to learn folkstyle skills that are streamlined for bjj, this is the instructional for you.
The concept is unorthodox. The first time I tried it on my coach and teammate, I had only watched it for a few hours. They didn’t know how to escape the pins, and you could see on their faces that they were kind of in a panic. Mind you, I was even doing the moves slightly wrong.
Excellent for learning how to put the pressure on your opponent and pinning them down.
This instructional was a game changer. 100% must have!
Craig jones is really good at incorporating bjj in mma and street scenarios, I can’t wait to train no gi after watching this. Although I’ve been incorporating this in my gi training
I have had great success in the gym using these techniques, especially leg riding and the handcuff. Crab hooks are fantastic additions to a smash pass. Love the humor, too. Would highly recommend this series from Craig Jones. There are some who say these techniques are unorthodox or do not score points, but that’s missing the point, because they are meant to supplement your game, not overhaul it.
Really good details, Craig make it easy to understand.
Absolutely brilliant, easy concepts that can plug into your game straight away and see results.
Muito bom
If you need to learn how to pin someone in less than a day this instructional is for you. Jones explains the main point of pinning for jiu jitsuwithout bsing you, and he also explains how to effectively integrate it to your game very well. Recommend highly for people who struggle to control pesky wrestlers and strong people
Excellent for learning how to put the pressure on your opponent and pinning them down to tire them out.
