Make takedowns great again
Especially the preliminaries are awesome. Coming from a country where access to good wrestling coaches is rare information on line of defenses in your stance etc are pure gold. Employing these makes it already 10 times harder for your opponent to throw you.

Danaher's teaching style definitely isn't for everyone- if you just want to see the move, he is not the instructor for you. However, I personally really enjoy how thorough he is in explaining everything- I find the emphasis he places on WHY something works and not just how to be extremely helpful because it helps me progress in my understanding of the sport as a whole and how everything is connected.

The Standing 2Ground Takedowns video is beneficial for both BJJ and wrestling competitors. Concepts and practices presented in the video are valid for all levels of experience. I have been involved in wrestling and BJJ for a combined forty three years and still found this video to be informative and useful in my own grappling.

No surprise that Professor Danaher has done it again with an outstanding product. I love his teaching style of constantly reinforcing techniques taught in his instructions. Then like a deadly spiders web interconnect all until they flow in your game. I cannot recommend this product enough.

I have bought almost every Danaher dvd and I am always very pleased with what he brings to the table: -Exceptional instruction -Best systematic approach to teaching jiu jitsu I have ever seen -He only teaches techniques that work on the highest caliber athletes. And so much more! I cannot recommend his instructionals enough!

Danaher just take all my money lol. This video it’s easy to understand. The techniques are the basics but broken down at the highest level. Buy this instructional. You won’t be disappointed.
A comprehensive overview of the most high percentage standing techniques
This lays the blueprint for your standing grappling game, particularly for Jiu Jitsu, but as an MMA practitioner there's still been lots of it that I've found highly applicable. It includes all the most high percentage takedowns from the front - double legs, single legs, body locks, trips, foot sweeps, knee picks, ankle picks - you name it. Includes detailed and clear instruction on the mechanics of the techniques, as well as the most high percentage set ups. It also gives some really helpful general insights about the goals of standing grappling. Just a really good instructional, especially for Jiu Jitsu athletes with an under developed standing game.
