Chris Paines has delivered another genius collection of concepts for BJJ. He has absolutely revolutionised the game plan I hold in my mind for every jiu jitsu encounter. Elements represents health & safety, concepts, core principles and a paradigm shift in helping you stay in the sport. If you’re tired of trying to grab a technique off the jiu jitsu carousel of techniques, this is the best money you have ever spent on an instructional. All you will neee next, which is NOT for purchase, is the bravery to apply it to your own training and sparring. The floor is lava - stop lying on your back and accepting the status quo. You are not Dracula - your ability to levitate off the floor whilst your legs are wrapped around your opponent …never going to happen. Just stand up and join the revolution right here!
Really useful material. You can get very good at guard passing in a flash when following these ideas. Chris has a unique way of looking at BJJ and simplifying it which make totally sense.
Great informtion, this is the future of the way I will be training.
Great "killing legs" (compliments really well with Craig Jones power ride) methodology. Huge fan of Chris, but be aware this is more of a system, not just a few "bolt on" techniques, which is exactly what I was after.
Like it very much
