• Very good if you are into conceptual style - "rules of thumb" learning with bonus games / drills included

  Great "killing legs" (compliments really well with Craig Jones power ride) methodology. Huge fan of Chris, but be aware this is more of a system, not just a few "bolt on" techniques, which is exactly what I was after.
