Like always Marcelo is the goat of BJJ. The instructional is really good and the amount of information is awesome. I saw tremendous improvement the first couple of times I try it and I need to see it again for more details.

Excellent purchase, plenty of techniques for the price. For anyone that’s been around the game for a while the teaching style and some of the techniques might feel familiar which is nice but even if you’ve learned the techniques the extra details Master Garcia adds to his instruction makes re-learning well worth your time.

I have several of John Danaher's videos, and as we all know, his explanations can be a bit excessive. That is not the case with this instructional. John still lays out a foundation for some techniques, but they are brief. This instructional, for the most part, gets to the point. The techniques in this video are easy to perform and easy to remember. I've incorporated several of them without having to drill excessively. I've even used some of them in a gi. If you're going to purchase one instructional on escapes, this should be the one.

why wouldnt you copy marcelo ? he breaks it all down so much he tells you what your oppent will do. if your getting stuck in closed guard and triangled this insturtional will change your life

What could possibly be said about Marcelo Garcia that hasn't been said? Learn the no gi passing system from the GOAT. While I'd say many of Marcelo's techniques are better suited for faster, more explosive players, there's a ton to be gained here for older practitioners like myself. I love the straightforward way Marcelo explains overarching concepts and then applies them to a range of specific scenarios gluing everything together.
