Essential Class for nogi player!
Very comprehensive!
I train at Marcelo Garcia Academy in NYC. This was such a great instructional video to learn from when the academy was closed during the pandemic. I love Marcelo explaining his philosophy to passing and positioning and his explanation of details.
Amazing details on closing space!
Marcello Garcia is the man
I love Marcello Garcia’s teaching, he teaches techniques that are battle tested and effective. It’s easy to understand and as previous stated applicable. He’s a smaller guy and I can appreciate that because I’m no monster. He understands how great technique can over come strength.

This is good information presented well.
A great set of techniques taught by one of the greatest of all times, Marcelo Garcia!! It is a must have for all grapplers looking to technically improve one’s game.
Concise, clear, and energetic explanations. The demonstrations and chapters are clearly structured and id def recommend.
Another well done series with good information.
Marcelo is an all time great in No Gi (as well as Gi)- and much of his success can be attributed to his relentless passing style. Like the rest of his game, Marcelo has an amazing system of passing- which combines multiple moves and techniques depending on the opponent's reactions and movements. Not only is this series, and all of his instructions, a must have for no gi practitioners, one of the beauties of Marcelo's game is that is it easily applicable to the Gi game...so yes, all you gi players should get this video as well!
