Coach Whittier teaching Guard Passing Concepts and Techniques when the current Champion were wearing short pants. Camping, etc.. way ahead of the parade! The explanation is better in my opinion. Professionals with a lot of athleticism do not seem to miss aspects because they probably assume everyone can do it! He has coached a broad spectrum of champions.
its a great compliment to Akins’ instructional.
The course begins with showing the correct posture, and then maintaining that posture while relentlessly shifting your hips and body weight to effortlessly float around the legs of your opponent. This is a golden course. It's not heavy on techniques, just simple and easy to understand concepts that work without a lot of memorization.
Such a great instructional taught in concepts. So good.
Now i see what a real knowledge of bjj is, thank you Coach Whittier
As an 18 year practitioner of Jiu Jitsu, I’m less and less interested in the newest move or the hottest fad. I’ve become increasingly interested in concepts and strategies that have a larger impact overall. And Coach Whittier mails that on this instructional.
