great content as I am not much of fan for gaurd
priit is amazing, i cant believe this isnt the standard for defense. especially as an mma coach i find these incredibly valuable in being able to get back to the feet

I highly recommend all of Priit's courses. Thanks Priit and I used the running man a lot.
I have been practicing the deffensive positions of Prit for more than a year and it takes a while to start implementing them but it makes so much sense. As in architecture and art the artists are looking for the divine proportion, so does it exist in BJJ, further more BJJ is all about the divine ratio, so miniature adjustments have to be done constantly. Im 66 kilos but i rarely allow my opponents to smash me since the angles of these positions allow you to not be pinned. Its a journey learning to be un pinnable and its an exciting one.
I like his concepts, seem unorthodox at first but with enough practice you get comfortable in these scenarios
Priit shows a very different mindset about escaping from side control. Nice instructional.
Solid defensive techniques
great
Keep yourself safe a counterattack. A good philosophy, especially for older grapplers
Priit looks at bjj from a very unique perspective. Everytime I watch his lessons my mind turns upside-down. Everything looks new. I believe anyone that likes bjj has to give him a try.
Print is awesome. Simple instruction, great techniques and I learned a lot.
Great to see someone putting posture at the center of his game. We all love fancy submisisons for extravagant positions, but posture is probably the most important asset to your game. I personally think the explanations were a bit long and could have been more condensed. Anyway, I do agree with the 'frames come with responsibilities' mindset. Probably will be watching more instructionals from Priit, or visit him to have a talk.
I really like this instructional as it introduces many postures that arent commonly known of yet. I think that in the not so distant future some of these postures will be more widely utilized and will change the way jiujitsu is played.
P. M. created an unique instructional about using and connecting solid postures to protect and progress. This.priciples and concepts of staying safe and progress your body positioned sideways aka running man is cinsidered as the basic structure and leads to hawking, panda (sitting turtle), stick and turtle. This concept is uderlined by protecting the hooks and creating angles during transitions. It is an toolkit with some examples when and how to use it so that yoz get ready to explore! Highly recommend!!
Great small details and approach jiujitsu with a different mindset
One of the three best videos I have ever purchased from BJJFanatics. The position names seem silly at first blush but don't be put off. Priit's work is based on a profound knowledge of grappling strategy. This will improve your game and let you have more on on the mat.
If you are past 50, coming back from a long layoff and banged up like myself, this is a must have. Even if you are too injured to generate a viable offense, this will improve your survival and escape skills.
Lot of cool details and interesting concepts. Learned so much.
Looks wierd, but it works. be hard to submit and attack with confidence.
I loved it!
This is bloody awesome!
Very good.
if like me you have only learnt to attack then this could be a good one for you
Was an early adopter of Pritt’s ideas and I can say that after years of thinking with this posture first mentality, it is very easy to troubleshoot my game. Take these concepts and apply them to other positions, you won’t be disappointed.
