Great stuff.
excellent
Great material
Ive been utilizing the concepts and techniques from this and it has excelled my comfort and ability in half guard.
Sensei John! The level of detail is unmatched! Greatest vids out there!
Danaher is TOP As always Must have!
Great instructional
This is a must have if you are older or not athletic. Even if you are it's good to learn so you can not burn loads of energy.
It’s always nice to tie everything that you’ve been learning over the years together.
Great instructional!
good
Professor John Danaher developed a really applicable toolkit for less athletic and less flexible guys. Pillars, strategies provide the techniques. Highly recommend!!
Very useful instructional, Danaher can always give us a differente approach, many of us have difficulty training as we age and this is GOLD
great informative course
The way John delivers a message is really like no other! the attention to detail is awsome and gives you plenty to take into training
This instructional helped me to put together a game plan and strategy as an older grappler
Great instructional as any Danaher’s one!!! TOP
Fundamental grappling not based on athletitism but on conepts that are aplicable for any age or athletic ability., All grapplers can benefit from the information in this instructional.
Good info and approach, find myself playing from bottom often and my escapes and positional transitions and reversals have improved steadily using just a few of the techniques as I work my way through and find what works well in my old man game
For a 51 y.o. jiujiteiro no gi bottom can be very hard. With the gi off and no real grips it's difficult to stop and even slow down a stronger and faster opponent. As always John D. gives us a complete system to manage these problems an learn, not to only survive, but attack an win.
Nicely presented in a way that concentrates on a small set of key positions and techniques to help older or injured individuals to continue to train and compete on the mats
great series for older guys 56 purple. Danahers coaching is on point with our limited mobility.
A veritable bible of tools & tactics for aging grapplers
its good
I am new to BJJ. For context, I am in my early 40s. I am strong and have good knowledge of the fundamentals, but I could tell my lack of flexibility was going to be an issue. This approach to BJJ is helping me to use my strength to slow down younger, faster opponents. Great video content and clear explanations.
