This instructional is amazing. Not only does Erik Paulson show a lot of submission chains based off of how your opponent will react, he also tells the history of where certain techniques came from. I love both aspects. Learn some of these techniques and you will be tapping people out with moves they don't even see coming!

I love this instructional because it is easily broken down and has plenty of detail. There are plenty of sneaky moves you can implement into your side control game. Highly recommend this instructional.

Paulson gives some moves here that they won’t see coming! Very stealthy, Will have to be careful applying these with training partners in rolls, but in competitions or in a street self-defense situation would be gold with the quick finishes they would provide!

Erik Paulson has made me more aware of the many opportunities to attach legs from side control. This instructional has already paid dividends in a short time. The attacks are simple and straight forward and with a minimum amount of drilling have proven to be effective in my rolling.
