Hand Fighting Fundamentals by Steve Mocco
no matter what level beginning to advanced this dvd has great concepts for anyone without a wrestling background to get a proper foundation in handfighting. which Is the key to getting a takedown. Youhave to be able to fight the hands to get to the legs (your takedown). I really wish he did a part two to this. As he is both a wrestler and grappler his language and concepts are appplicable to just wrestling and just jiu jitsu, but we get both. I can't recommend this enough. I tell all my friends who struggle with handfighting/takedowns - Look up Steve Mocco
