Full mount bottom gameplan!
The Full Mount Escape Plan by Andre Galvao
Survive - defend - escape - attack. Andre Galvao developed a great instruction about how to behave and act when you are mounted. He offers an excellent breakdown of all different kunds of mount. Basedvä on that you will get specific sets of escapes for each kind of mont and each stage of progress of beeing mounted and getting attacked. You get reversals as well as escapes and guard retention and escapes/reversals straight into guard passes and submussion attacks. A. G. explains with great detail and easy to follow. He provides a great understanding oj jiu jitsu overall explained via mount position top and bottom for self defense and sport! Highly recommend!!!

The Mechanics Of No-Gi Chokes by Jordan Preisinger
Jordan Preisinger created an outstanding manual on how to focus on the blood vessels lead by hunting for the soft part and proper alignment of the forearm and elbow. He also points out cristal clear how you always have the opportunity to implement your legs and arms. Furthermore you get an on point pathway how the front headlock chockes connect! As a follow up you get an excellent breakdown via live rolling and why he got it or not and why he had to switch or let go. Highly recommend!!

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Ryan Hall at its best
Ryan Hall is from my perspective one of the best instructors as he teaches great concepts with a depth of details and not too complicated or exaggerated. The Hip Bump is a lost art and he brings it back to the attention of people who like to play foundation moves like that

You Grip, I Score by Katelyn Jarrell
I am a big fan of her videos. She does an excellent job of explaining. First, she describes prevention, then clearing, and finally counters. I will not pretend to be an expert in Judo (BJJ guy). However, I will say that one of the most intimidating parts of BJJ competitions is starting in a standing position and the fact that your opponents go crazy. However, this is the primary part of the competition where you can gain an advantage if you put the time in and have a strategy. In terms of quality, the videos have good sound, and she provides multiple angles.
