Ageless Jiu Jitsu: Winning When You're Older or Less Athletic - Bottom Game by John Danaher
Danaher is the best teacher. This course is exactly what I needed and I’m so happy he created it. His teaching style is engaging and helpful because he gives broad conceptual framing, an understanding of how the moves fit within a broader game-plan, and clear and detailed step by step instructions for each technique. He always provides various camera angles for each technique to ensure the viewer really understands every aspect of each step.

The more u spend in halfguard bottom ( on purpose/by escapes from pin positions) the more small problems and counters u likely will face towards your halfguard. But lachlan covers almost all that u need to know what the top person is gonna do when he is in your halfguard. It is insane how every time i face a problem in my halfguard bottom and i come to watch this instructional lachlan will know the answer for my problem(s) !

As expected a thorough investigation into escapes. Some people say that his videos are too long, but I find them to be the ultimate resource for full understanding of anything he teaches, and this instructional is no different. Filled with fundamentals and incredible detail, it has immediately helped to up my escape game. Highly recommended.

This was awesome, great detailed instruction at a very good pace, this is a position that is so fundamental people don’t take the time they need on it. Dallas breaks down the fundamentals adding crucial details that turn the mount I to a much more technical position. While a more technical approach with finer details it is by no means more difficult, on the contrary it became simpler. Thanks Dallas, love your style of instruction and appreciate the instructional.

Good introduction to and overview of common movements for grappling. Not a complete program in itself, in my view, but a useful addition to an established lifting program. Probably pairs well with some of the other instructionals on here, like Mike Israetel's (for more traditional lifting) or Phil Daru's (for a more grappling-focused, minimalist approach).
