Pin Escapes & Turtle Escapes: BJJ Fundamentals - Go Further Faster by John Danaher
Danaher's knowledge really shines through in this series as the absolute bare bones fundamentals. He opening acknowledges that some of these techniques won't work with higher belts but he argues that these are fundamental moves that help with lower belts and with understanding how to even move to set yourself up for the more advanced moves. Some audience might find his explanations tedious and repetitive. And I will admit that it is not always the most exciting material. But the explanations are in-depth and insightful. I have already implemented some of his techniques into my training and have found them helpful. Definitely a game-changer for me.

Merry Wristlock Bundle
Wrist Lock The World Summer Bundle By Pete 'The Greek' Letsos
y experience was excellent. although I've been training for over 20 years, I've been sidelined by knee surgeries and shoulder surgeries at 53 years old. As a result of these injuries I have been reluctant to train heel Hooks and so forth. but after pressure testing the wrist locks demonstrated in this bundle, from almost every position, I can assure you they work. After a few weeks of working on them, nobody wants to even touch me when we're standing and on the ground I can catch wrist locks from a variety of angles. Some people believe this is a gimmick and I will tell you that their ignorance is hurting them in a big way. it's an essential part of jiu-jitsu as a result of Pete "the Greek" Letsos' outstanding depth of knowledge and experience. The advantage that I now have over my training partners, regardless of age, attributes or rank is almost unfair. Tbe wrist locks you will learn in the bundle are applicable from every position, and can be used in succession, are deceptive and easy to set up. I was reluctant to recommend the video because it's like a secret weapon. Regardless of what level you happen to be and no matter how good you think your game is, if you do not understand wrist locks, you're missing a big piece of the puzzle. Sooner or later, the submission that will catch you in a situation where you think you're safe will be a wrist lock.
