This was a fantastic instructional. Really the only criticism is the name “wrestle up” because it doesn’t do it justice. Really good way of thinking about playing guard. Also, I have been struggling to find good resources on what to do against opponents who are on their knees against your guard. This has that info. Highly recommend.
