The Anti-Wrestling Equation by Craig Jones
This instructional was an absolute game changer for me. The content was incredibly explained and I was almost immediately able to implement his concepts in my game. It also really helped my standing game which is something I’ve struggled with as I don’t come from a wrestling or judo background- despite being more of a guard player his wrestling techniques really complement my style and helped me modify areas I was really struggling with. I 100% recommend ! It is worth it for the first half of the instructional alone.

Professor Weatherhead is an excellent instructor and breaks everything down into easily digestible parts. I first became acquainted with him a few years ago and was impressed with the ingenuity in his jiu-jitsu. He's super creative and an incredible resource to have on your side in the ever changing world of modern jiu-jitsu. This is a great position of dominance to add to your game and Professor Weatherhead includes so much in this instructional, you won't need anything else. This is a complete package for mastering the crucifix.

Testai demonstrates that opening the closed guard is a dynamic process that requires constant adjustment and reaction to your opponent. Due to the lack of reviews, I wonder if many people have avoided this video because it appears to be basic or simple. IT IS NOT. Testai explains the process of opening the guard and goes into the principles behind it, which made it a solid addition to my library of videos. There are videos that I regret purchasing, but this isn't one of them. I imagine most belt levels would find value in this video because Testai is a capable and intelligent instructor.

When most people learn to open the guard, they learn a three-step to five-step process that ignores the complexity of being inside someone's guard. This instruction goes much deeper into the process and will require time to practice and master. It covers a lot of principles and the functionality of different positions and postures. This video, unlike some, is worth the investment, even for higher-level belts (because none of my BJJ instructors ever talked about these things!).
