Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Csa pad work system
CSA Pad Work System by Kirian Fitzgibbons
CSA pad work system is a great pad system that works. I am also a bigger guy and Kirian has me now loving use micro Pitts, and focus mitts with the belly pad for kicks and etc. I'm alot faster now. That's takes my students to the next level. It's a great system that uses Dutch style and thai style with a hybrid pad holding system. I highly recommend for coaches and any one trying to be a better pad holder.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:High value

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Get the knowledge and tools to have a more aggressive closed guard
The Super Six Sweeping System by Ante Dzolic
This closed guard instructional by Ante Dzolic consists of six volumes with five volumes organised around a particular closed guard sweep and a volume addressing what to do when the opponent is in combat base. The volumes are as follows: hip bump sweep, scissor sweep, flower & pendulum sweeps, opponent’s combat base stance, the server & muscle sweeps and double ankle pull. For each sweep volume Ante Dzolic teaches the sweep, variants, highlights issues including responses from the opponent and then teaches a range of complementary follow-on techniques including multiple submissions. Importantly he teaches how to appropriately attack and sweep from closed guard after considering the opponent’s position, posture and pressure within your guard. Ante Dzolic notes that an aggressive guard has four pillars - sweeps, submissions, back takes and stand ups. The material within this instructional covers each of the four pillars. This is a substantial instructional with a total runtime of 5 hours and 22 minutes. As I have noted in previous reviews, Ante Dzolic is an experienced, knowledgeable and confident instructor. He teaches in a relaxed, friendly and engaging manner. His instruction and demonstration of the techniques are clear and easy to understand. Techniques are repeated multiple times from different angles. As is the case with his other instructionals the techniques taught in this instructional are practical, efficient and importantly not complicated to learn and importantly recall. Understandably there is some assumed knowledge in this instructional for example, if a sweep flows into a triangle choke the whole movement from start to finish is taught, but every minor detail on how to do a successful triangle choke is not. After all, using this example this is not a triangle choke instructional. Sound and picture quality is good. Focus is clear, range is appropriate and there are no issues with the microphone. In summary, if you wish to improve your closed guard in my opinion this is a really good instructional to purchase. Why, because it covers so much useful material, the techniques are good and are taught well and the video and sound quality is good.
Bag work 101
Bag Work 101 by Kirian Fitzgibbons
Bag work 101 is a great instructional, so any one a train at home and refine there skills. The age of Covid had all coaches scrambling to find ways to have are students train when they can't come to the gym. Bag work 101 covers it all , from striking the Bag with defence in mind, and countering. If you really want to refine your kicks you have to do the 900 kick drill. Love the instructional, highly recommend
