Foundations of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu by Bernardo Faria
I have recently started teaching a fundamentals class for our newest students at my gym, and this video along with Prof. Faria's Fundamentals video has been great. For teaching basic guards, subs, and escapes, this course is exactly what I needed to get the details down and to find a way to explain/teach each concept/technique. I am also tightening up my own fundamentals at the same time. This is a great buy. Well worth the price !

Eduardo's "Turtle Revisited" instructional helped improve my game, so when I saw this Surf Passing vid, I knew I had to grab it. Prof. Telles' approach to jiu-jitsu is unconventional and 100% accessible. He breaks down concepts (e.g., circling, or "surfing" to pass your opponent's guard) in ways that make them really easy to understand. I love his kimura attacks on both his Fanatics instructionals, too!

Nobody breaks down concepts and techniques like Danaher, and the back is such a great position to attack from. This series is a BJJ must.

Again, Danaher has surpassed himself. Excellent video for that can lock the position down but can't finish the sub. The details in this video will incarcerate your opponent, making it much easier for you to finish him/her. Great video!

Like former wrestlers don't protect their necks when they start BJJ, BJJ guys don't protect against the cradle in nogi open guard, so the position is there often. Have fun having massive control!
