John explains the most efficient ways to attack in open guard. He explains the best attacks against a standing and kneeling opponent and which submissions are most successful. This is a great instructional on combining jiu-jitsu and wrestling which is needed in the sport.

Ouchi Gari was a throw that I always struggled with in live sparring- although I could catch beginners or people with much less mat time than me with it, I was never able to consistently throw with it, and relied on a single setup. After watching Jimmy's instructional I have been able to improve my understanding of the mechanics of the throw and have had much more sucess with it.

Haven't finished watching this yet but so far this is a great system on the knee slice pass. Something I've not really worked on before. I've concentrated mainly on the over under but ive found it a little tricky when in nogi. This instructional lays out main concepts for the knee slice and various entries to hit. I'm looking forward to putting this into practice. Very happy with this instructional and the fact Andrew gave it away for free is unbelievably generous.
