John goes into amazing details and explains the why and why not... Really enjoying the course and the mistakes he mentions that people make are the exact same ones i am making while rolling... Only thing i would like added is what to do when you are executing elbow escape frame and you leave your neck exposed and your opponent goes for a cross collar choke. Thanks John!
