Pressure Cooking.
100 Kilos Kill System by Carlos Catania
I love this video series. For me personally it is just straight to the point. What works. I’m older, I have a good game for my age but sometimes I lack the pressure I don’t naturally have even as a person of 195lbs. I feel that I’ve now truly identified missing information or identified the basic 100 kilo movements I thought I were doing correctly to a certain extent (but clearly wasn’t). Such a great video for home study for us older guys who want to slow down younger faster, stronger, cardio machines who rely on their prime attributes which for us older guys have faded. I like all the material I’ve purchased on BJJ fanatics but this one is a very helpful and cost effective solution. OSS!

A Must-Have for Any Striker’s Toolbox
European Striking Fundamentals by Morgan Charriere
It is an outstanding instructional that blends technical precision with practical application. As a fan of both MMA and traditional striking arts, I found his approach refreshingly clear, structured, and easy to follow. Morgan breaks down core striking concepts with the mindset of a high-level competitor. His footwork, distance control, and timing drills are especially valuable—not only for beginners but also for experienced strikers looking to refine their fundamentals. I appreciated how he emphasized strategy and efficiency over flashy techniques. The production quality is excellent, and Morgan’s explanations are concise and packed with detail. You can tell he’s not just demonstrating moves—he’s teaching concepts that translate directly into real sparring and fight scenarios. Whether you're coming from a BJJ background looking to improve your stand-up or already have striking experience, this video delivers serious value. Highly recommended.

Insightful
Truck The World by Geo Martinez
"Truck The World" was a very insightful breakdown of how to enter the truck position and attack from there. The instruction was clear, with a few solid submission options that I hadn't seen detailed this well before. It definitely takes some drilling to get the mechanics right, but the concepts are practical and effective. I've been using my grappling ***** to work through the movements, and it's been working out just fine for solo reps. Great resource for anyone looking to add more depth to their game.
