I always enjoy and appreciate Professor Danaher's approach...
Ageless Jiu Jitsu: Winning When You're Older Or Less Athletic - Top Game Gi by John Danaher
I have studied quite a few of Prof. Danaher's instructional videos and series over the years, and I've always seen the logic in the methods and systems he presents. As an aging jiu jitsu practitioner, I am really finding the "Ageless Jiu JItsu" series to be extremely helpful as I'm adjusting my game and approach as I am almost 50 years old. I had the pleasure of taking some of Prof. Danaher's classes when I would visit New York City for work almost 20 years ago. He has always left a lasting impression of how to look at and understand jiu jitsu in my mind. Thank you, sir, for sharing your time and knowledge.
