Brilliant and helpful
Weight Training For Grappling by Michael Israetel
I was already a fan of Mike from YouTube, and his insights and applied sport science knowledge here is helpful for enhancing or starting your knowledge of strength training in BJJ. I'm a big fan of Mike's humour too and he gives some great analogies to support what he says too. Also it's important to point out that the price of this instructional is the lowest on BJJ fanatics which I really respect Mike for, as unlike the other fitness instructionals which tend to cost 3 figures and just show a basic workout which they've used alongside the 'juice', Mike gives you foundational knowledge so you can build and tweak your own training program, as well as sharing how different exercises can improve your BJJ so that you won't spend time wondering if you're even doing an effective thing or not. I'd definitely recommend this, especially for the price.
The Ground Marshal Guard
The Ground Marshal Guard by Neil Melanson

A complete and self-contained guide to straight ankle lock
Ankle Lock Solutions and Practice Designs (Gi) by Jorge Valladares
Jorge has an extraordinary ability to break down arcane and complex concepts into clear, digestible pieces. No fluff—just effective communication. On top of that, he provides ready-to-use practice designs that help you immediately develop and troubleshoot your ankle lock system. What really sets this instructional apart is the high-dimensional approach to technique. Jorge breaks things down into core principles rather than fixed step-by-step sequences. This principle-based teaching frees you from rote memorization, which eventually leads to deeper insight and more effective application.
